Our approach to sustainability is a promise to the future of our oceans and our planet.

Pada Sushi began with three friends (a great sushi chef and two sushi fanatics) and started offering sushi in Southern California grocery stores in 2008.  

Since the beginning, we have held our sushi to a higher standard, using only the freshest ingredients available. Now, we are proud to announce that our ingredients are not only fresh, but sustainably sourced as well.

Pada Sushi has been working with organizations such as Fish Wise and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program to help ensure we are sourcing from sustainable fisheries. We are proud to be part of the Albertsons’ “Top 5 by 2022” commitment to responsibly source fish.
